I went on line & declined this months selections & shut my iPad down. Next thing I know I get a confirmation #SOBSL6332940 for an order I did not make!

I called your customer service # & Spoke with a guy named John who wouldn't listen to what I had to say. He kept telling me I placed the order when I know I didn't & I asked him to cancel that order for I didn't want any books ordered this month. I got upset & yelled at him to cancel my membership, I don't like to argue with a Customer Rep about something I haven't done & won't listen to me. I'm usually a very calm person but this conversation was the last straw, enough is enough!

I've been with One Spirit a very long time now but I now wish to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP # 058092378 effective IMMEDIATELY ! I

Also, they keep your charge card number in their records anyway after you've told them to delete it.
